Presentation guidelines are as follows:

  1. The presentation file MUST be in .pdf or .pptx format.

  2. Presenters are NOT permitted to utilise their own computer/laptop. The organiser will provide a computer/laptop.

  3. Presenters are advised to share their presentation files to the organizer's computer/laptop in the session room at least 5 minutes before the session begins.

  4. Presenters are NOT allowed to change their presentation schedule.

  5. The presentation for keynote/invited speaker is maxiumum of 30 minutes, including Q&A session.

  6. The presentation for normal speaker is 15 minutes, including Q&A session.

  7. Participants are NOT permitted to take screenshots or record any part of the presentation (including the audio).
